Aputecht, the brainchild of 4 very well rounded musicians, Concieved New Years Day 2012, Joe Brzozowiec set forth to assemble a group of musicians who arent afraid to play anything.
With spending so many years seperately trying to find which genre named us the best, we all gave up on doing so. Thus in effect crerating some unique and eclectic heavier music in contrast to the norm.
With influences ranging from Coheed and Cambria, Iron Maiden, After the Burial, SaoSin, Circa Survive, Between the Buried and Me, The Dillinger Escape Plan, The Mars Volta, and many others, Amputecht aims to leave any musical feel untouched.
Joe Brzozowiec, dominantly guitarist, musician since age 9 (13 years) playing instruments from saxaphone, clarinet, drums, guitar, singing and piano. Over those years Joe took it upon himself to dive into the studies of music theory. Once that started, there was no turning back. Analyzing all of his favorite music seeing how they did it, brought him to the point of being able to mash genres that would have never been thought possible. With influences from Death Cab for Cutie to WeCameWithBrokenTeeth, the only thing he asks of his music is that its writen well, sounds good, and difficult to immitate.
Justin Frost, dominantly bassist, as well musician since age 9, has been good friends with Joe Brzozowiec since that age. They developed together musically the whole time in spite having total seperate tastes. Justin, playing bass, guitar, drums and percussion, keys, saxaphone and violin, is also very well educated. With attending Villa Maria as well as personal studies has come across vast knowledge in regards to theory and composition. As well, educated in the recording process thanks to UB.
With Joe and Justin being such good friends, pretty much fed eachother what the other couldnt find, thus making this duo something to compete with.
David Dickinson, dominantly guitarist and vocalist, musician for several years himself, guitarst/bassist/singer has quite the package to present. With influences just as varied as Joe and Justin, brings to the table killer clean vocals, as well as the songs he presents. With influences from August Burns Red to Coheed and Cambria, Dave brings a vocal range nout often utilized in the day of constant male falsetto voicings. The ability to lighten up yet put the balls out is what makes Dave a stand out singer.
Joe Musial, Drummer for 13 years, taking lessons for 10, teaching for 5, has found the superhuman ability to play drums the way he does. With the ability to respect simplicity as well as technicallity, brings a jazz fusion style of drumming that people could only dream of being able to play. His concepts of time and pulse with stretch your mind to find a pocket it the oddest of measure.
With a line up so stacked with ability, to expect anything other than great music is a mistake. With the early phases showing you the darker side of what we seek, we shall walk you into side of Amputecht within the next month.
With the 3 song E.P. cominmg to a close, as well 3/4 of the full length writen, expect to see alot more of us in the next couple months! With a line up so stacked with ability, to expect anything other than great music is a mistake.

@jaroslav-celujko: nope thank you
holy shit bro, this is a really fucking good cover.

Dude, fucking brutal!
@dj-faraj: thanks man.
appreciate the honesty, as well,
we need more listeners like you :D
it blends with the ride pretty harsh, as well as them both cutting super tough, but fixes are on their way.
@dj-faraj: little mixing mess up. too much high end compression :P
@martin500: thanks mang glad you dig.
and youre pretty damn right.
I just tweaked it, dropped the bass in the reverb, brought the high end down on the eq, cut the high end down on the master and the clipping and rumbling stopped.
so good guess hahaha :P it'll be up after i post this
the pads here make this section so perfect
@heptaedium: Dude, this is like the best genre combo i've heard to date.
