The lecture he gave seems to have been recorded over; President Eckley is heard starting an introduction and then someone else IWU Professor of Political Science Jerry Israel is heard giving a complete introduction to another group. At about the 51 minute point, that discussion ends and the recording switches to a Q&A discussion which probably followed the original lecture. The recording was digitized from one side of a reel-to-reel tape in July 2009; Side B was blank. The sound for the questions during the Q&A session was enhanced by the archivist to make them audible.
