Frank Borman received an Honorary Doctorate at Illinois Wesleyan University's Founders' Day Convocation. While on campus he also placed a time capsule in the cornerstone of the new Mark Evans Observatory. The first speaker is Congressman (and IWU Trustee) Les Arends. President Robert S. Eckley speaks next and is followed by Col.
