A Call To Rest - Recovery Meditation by Innate Being published on 2019-08-02T05:14:40Z I made this meditation specifically for my community, those with MS - and for anyone who is being called to take time to rest and recover and is finding that call frustrating. The call to rest in relapses, or from injury, is actually a call to healing and deep nourishment, and surrendering to it will bring good things. This meditation guides you gradually into a restful state and encourages long, slow breathing, which we know is tremendously soothing for the nervous system. Give your body lots of time to find its pace - now that you have chosen this sacred space of rest, your body can unwind at its own rhythm. I also recommend creating a separate playlist for this meditation on Soundcloud, so it doesn't run on to the next one. You may well fall asleep and this is good!
