On this episode of the Rundown, Host Ahmed El Refai and producers Hanady Omran and Yousef Eissa discuss Arts and Entertainment topics.

We started off with Director Amr Salama’s controversial Sheikh Jackson, which has been internationally recognised in the Toronto Film Festival. We then discuss Mr Robot’s Rami Malek starring in Bohemian Rhapsody, a film about Queen’s front man Freddie Mercury.The third topic of discussion was the upcoming annual Cairo Jazz Festival. Lastly and sadly, we discuss the death of Egyptian electronic pioneer Halim Al Dabh dies at the age of 96.

For the interview segment, Ahmed interviewed AUC music professor Chelsea Green to discuss her in-development online self-learning Guitar program.

For the remote interview segment, Ahmed interviewed Tarek El Goraicy, a Multimedia Artist, studying abroad in England about his studying Multimedia Art and how its paralleled here in Egypt.
