ActRaiser Suffolk ActRaiser is the alias I use for my electronic music productions and DJ Sets. I am based in the UK, deep in the Suffolk countryside, which gives me much of my inspiration. I'm most known for producing Liquid Drum & Bass, but I am now focusing on a more downtempo style, with a Trip-Hop album called "Short Stories" released on Kraak Records in 2021. Since 2011, I've had music released on a wide variety of respected labels such as Fokuz, Med School, Liquicity, Celsius, Phuzion, Scientific, Offworld Recordings, Echodub, Cold Busted and, most recently, Timewarp Music. I've had the pleasure of Djing at festivals and events in the UK and abroad, and have played at esteemed events such as Liquicity Festival (2016 and 2017) [Netherlands]. Med School @ Corsica Studios [UK], Metalheadz [UK], Double Trouble [Czech Republic], Bass Rotation [UK], Spektrum XL [Netherlands], and I even got to spin liquid drum & bass in various bars in Thailand while visiting in 2013. I've provided studio mixes for Bassdrive and Future Sounds Radio and contributed mixes and podcasts to various online outlets. All of my mixes are recorded using a Pioneer DJ Controller and Serato, while my live sets are usually played using Pioneer CDJs.
