Abundant Grace Ministries Marnes Nel Potchefstroom Pastor Marnes Nel had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ that changed his life forever. He was convinced immediately that God called him to full-time ministry. Being young and passionate for Christ, he asked the Lord to lead him into all truth. His prayer to God was; “If You give me the truth, I will take it to the nations.” He read in the bible of people being healed of all kinds of diseases, and not being familiar with it at the time, he searched to see if there were still miracles, signs and wonders happening in the body of Christ. It was not common in the circles that he knew. He started going to hospitals every day, praying for the sick, and a wonderful journey started in experiencing the healing power of God flowing through him. Thousands of miracles have taken place in hospitals, during meetings and outreaches. It has become part of everyday life. During this journey with Christ the message of the Gospel and the grace of Jesus Christ has been the cornerstone of his ministry. His vision is Jesus Christ, and his greatest heart desire is to bring the light of the gospel to all mankind.
