Daniel McBride Daniel McBride London Daniel McBride studied Composition at the Royal College of Music, London, under the tuition of Haris Kittos, generally supported by a scholarship from the Drexler foundation. Daniel has written music for clients such as Landrover, Saatchi&Saatchi, Channel 4 Random Acts, Burberry, and Grindr, as well as numerous short films and documentaries. Daniel has worked in collaboration with Photographer Katie Barlow with the UN, Artist Alexander James, Artists from the Royal College of Art, Poet Max Wallis. His music, as he continues to develop, is more and more retrospective often drawing more influence from the themes and issues around his own queer identity. Daniel is a Contemporary Composer and an Electro-acoustic composer that aims to explore cross genre collaborations between London’s classical music scene and the Underground queer scene. Through experimental vocal and electronic music. Daniel aims to bring accessibility to classical music and its use throughout queer subcultures.
