7th Break Lecco 7th Break was born in a small town on the hills of Lecco (near Milan). After recording a few demos and being part of an online complilation called “MP3 goes punk vol.2” with the song “Sexy Mum Next Door”, 7th Break signed with NOMADISM, an indipendent label from southern Italy. During this period of collaboration 7th Break released the first EP called “Sexy Mum Next Door” (from the omonimous single), released on all major digital stores. This allowed the band to reach people all around the world, from the U.S., to Europe and Australia. 7th Break also got important press coverage on some of the most important music magazines of Italy, such as Rock Hard, Il Mucchio and Metal Maniac. In 2012 7th Break started the recording of the first full-lenght album called “Small Town History”. They also decided to stop the collaboration with the label and to release the album on their own. In April 2013 the band took part of the Californian compliation "Pop Punk Rules", with the song "Dedicated to a Bitch". In October 2013 7th break decided to start the beginning of the recordings for a brand new album. This work had a major style change for the band, which explored different types of music. In May 2014 the video for the first single "Lust" anticipated the release of the Album, which was set to October of the same year, along with the release of the videoclip for the second single "Wasted Hearts". "Chasing Lights" is out now on all major digital store and streaming platforms. The following year an intense touring schedule was set to push the release, which saw the band tour in the UK in February, Russia in July and Czech Republic & Switzerland in October. 2016 started off with the release of the brand new single "Would You Mind", followed in April by the second single "The Kingdom", which was broadcasted on several TV stations in the US. After the 2 singles the band decided to "lock itself up" in the studio to write was is probably the first real 7th Break album, titled "Patches & Holes", which defines very clearly the identity of 7th Break. In the meantime, due to high request, the band went back to Russia for the second time during the summer, playing major festivals like Extreme Days and Dobrofest (20.000 people attendance). The 13-tracks album (which includes also "Would You Mind" and "The Kingdom") also contains a song featuring the punk rock legend Scott Russo, singer and guitar player of Unwritten Law, a californian band known for having started the punk rock movement back in the 90s, together with bands like Blink 182 (with whom they have toured several times) and sold over 2 million records during their careers. The record is currently finished and yet to be released. 7th Break’s tracks The Kingdom by 7th Break published on 2016-04-13T05:07:40Z 7th Break - Would You Mind by 7th Break published on 2016-02-01T22:57:36Z 01 - Cigars & Wine - The Redemption by 7th Break published on 2015-12-16T00:03:38Z 02 - Wasted Hearts by 7th Break published on 2015-12-16T00:03:29Z 03 - Misfits by 7th Break published on 2015-12-16T00:03:21Z 04 - Love And Other Lies by 7th Break published on 2015-12-16T00:03:13Z
