ZurGi is the first Georgian net band formed by singer: Zura Javakhia and Guitarist singer Giorgi Marr . From august 2010 Giorgi and Zura started writing and composing music together, without knowing each other personally at 3232 KM distance, while Zura was in Tbilisi/Georgia and Giorgi in the Hague/ Netherlands.All songs till now were written and recorded by using the internet. In December 2011 the first solo Live performance was held in Tbilisi which had very positive feedback. From then the band performed several live performances at clubs and festivals and in 2012 ZurGi performed at Tbilisi open air festival, the biggest music festival in Georgia, on the same stage with headliners such as: DDT and Dub FX.
At this moment band is working on EP which will be released in late 2012.
