- It's an Imogen Heap vocal now. Might rewrite the vocal and work on it in another context, but this is kind of sweet like this, too.
- The lyrics are so sad I realized Shannon needed to go deep.
- It's almost 11 minutes long and totally worth it. As a sage Chicago house guru named Mellowman used to say, "Slow down! It's not a race!"
- I turned out this bootleg edit in one night. The source material is a 192kb MP3, so it's not exactly high-fidelity, but whatever. For a slapdash moment of inspiration, it made me smile.
- Remix for an awesome Brooklyn band that turned out both uptempo and deep. Which doesn't happen often. It's technically available for license/release — the band said I could do whatever I wanted with it.
- The original track was practically acid house, so I couldn't resist a fidgety tweak-out.

ZODIAC SOCIAL is the studio alias of Norman Brannon — a DJ/producer from Brooklyn who found his love for house music on a German dancefloor in 1996. It's taken him to Chicago, where he worked for the legendary Gramaphone Records, and then to Berkeley, where he ran the Primal Records and PR2 Recordings labels from a dingy back room underneath a dirty public bathroom in a laundromat. (It leaked sometimes.) A New York City native, Brannon currently makes dirty beats and writes in third person from his obsessively clean bedroom.
I love how gradually this track develops yet it never gets boring. Good job
