@BrickLaneQuake: thanx man but i built my own stems from what was already there , which was not easy but i loved the song and had my own vision of it.

Am in two minds about La Roux - too much hype and too achingly retro - but some great remixes out now and this is definitely one of them... puts much more edge into vocal performance and really nice, modern sound bed with a knowing nod to eighties synth bassline... did you have stems to work from?
