Female singer/songwriter/producer living in Portland, OR. I am a professionally trained musician and studied Music Business and Recording Arts for 4 years in Los Angeles before finally getting a degree in Biology. Musically, I do quite a bit of work with filmscore producers, electronic artists, and acoustic/folk artists, but I am familiar with and enjoy a wide variety of genres, and am always exploring new sounds. I'm a Photoshop hobbyist and do some of my own artwork. My profile pic and some of the track images are mine. I have several ongoing collaborations, including a few for some upcoming indie films. The music video for my collab with DeeperNET was a finalist in MachinExpo 2011 and screened at the New Media Film Festival in LA in 2012. I also have a collaboration with Phil Rey licensed by Immediate Music.
One of the things I love to do is to share what I can with the SoundCloud Community. My free vocal stems are all in a set on my Spotlight page. I used to keep a list of remixes here, but it got too long. Now I repost them. The stems are all licensed as non-commercial Creative Commons, so please feel free to download and remix to your heart’s content. You don’t need permission to download, remix, and share for free. You do need to ask for a commercial waiver if you want to sell your remix, even if you're just selling it for donations (ie: 'name your own price' on bandcamp, etc.) In either case, just be sure to credit me and send me a link so I can hear your wonderful creations. :)
I'm taking time to focus on some personal projects, but I do love working with other SoundClouders both professionally and for fun. It makes me extremely happy. However, my rule is this: leave your ego at the door. It just gets in the way of making good music together. :)
