Zoran Pešut aka Zopester was born in 1979. His interest in electronic
music started developing in the mid 90s, which eventually led to his
first techno party back in 1995 in the town of Sombor, Serbia. That
also provided him with the opportunity to hear the forefathers of
serbian techo scene at the time - nowadays a wildely known DJ duo
Noise Destruction (dj Fakir & dj Z). Influenced by the new music wave
he spent the majority of his night life traveling at clubs
across the country, most notably at the CONTRAST club in Novi Sad,
Serbia. As a result, he wanted to present his music in much the same
way - the way it was being listened to, experienced, and played. He
felt the need to express his own artistic talent. Experimenting with
techno, progressive, house, acid house, synth pop, tech, and even psy,
Zopester found himself mostly in minimal, techno,trippy deep tech and groovy sounds
,deep&dark inside positive energy. He formed his own vision of playing
music, choosing his own style which to present to the wide public that
knows how to feel it - as well as appreciate it.

Zoran Pešut a.k.a. Zopester, è nato nel 1979. Già nei primi anni '90 inizia ad interessarsi di musica elettronica. Il primo techno party al quale ha partecipato è stato nel 1995 a Sombor (Serbia), dove ha avuto l’oppurtunità di sentire suonare i fondatori della techno scena serba, il Noise Destruction duo (dj Fakir e dj Z). Ai tempi d’allora, ha trascorso numerose serate in un conosciuto club a Novi Sad, CONTRAST. Ha viaggiato per il paese e partecipato a diversi serate anche in altri club serbi. Con il tempo ha iniziato ad interessarsi per il disc jockeying, e dopo aver sentito il bisogno di occuparsi anche di questo tipo di produzione musicale decise di svelare al pubblico il suo talento artistico. Influenzato dalla musica techno, dal progressive, dal house, dall’acid house, dal synth pop, dal tech e persino dal psy, Zopester trova il proprio repetorio in sonorità minimal. Cerca di creare da solo un proprio suono trasportandolo al pubblico che lo valora ed apprezza.
