I have been making music for many years. I don't really have a style; I list most of my music as "Outsider"- music that the I (the creator) thinks is really great but everyone else thinks is rubbish. I like a lot of stuff - see the list below. When it comes to music listen to everything even if you don't like it - because you can still learn something. The chances are like me you came to Soundcloud to get your music listened to. There is some great music here that should inspire you (rather than making you give up)

Equipment - mainly an Ensoniq EPS 16+ no scsi, I use short samples and play / sequence the individual notes. I have a windows 3.1 machine to format the Ensoniq discs and I and using Audacity running on Ubuntu to manipulate some sounds and to render MP3's and WAVs. I have an old Akai reel to reel that I sometimes sample from.

Audacity (Its free as in free beer) http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Ubuntu (its free as it FREE) http://www.ubuntu.com/ubuntu 12.04 has just been released!
Ensoniq EPS 16+ http://www.vintagesynth.com/ensoniq/ens_eps16.php

To those pushing the boundaries of sound in new directions I salute you.

Beautiful-fragile dream pop. I hear a lot of influences here. Bright Eyes, Built to spill, Billy Miller - even early Joy division. It is tempting in the age of computers to over-produce songs; this one has a raw edge - Perfect!
