At the very young age of one, Larry A. Youree, better known as "Larri Allen," was given a greatly treasured gift, The Gift of Song. The undiscovered star was born November 2, and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana home of the r&b - soul legend Babyface and home state of the world's biggest pop star Michael Jackson. Inspired by the two stars he began acting in plays, winning school talent shows and appearing in commercials alongside his uncle former light heavy champ Marvin Johnson. And at that point he knew was nothing else he'd wanted to do more than entertain. At the age of 16 Larry and his family relocated to Jonesboro, GA to pursue music. He worked hard and a year after moving to GA his demo landed in the hands of Valerie Simpsons of Ashford & Simpsons "Your demo has a good sound and I hope someone will hear it and help you to get to the next phase. All the best!” With a word of encouragement letter from Valerie Simpsons, approval from Bryan-Michael Cox in Making the Band and being featured in Johnny Wright's Best of the Best V2 video on an online competition called On the Spot, Larry continues to work. Now back in Indiana he is working a lot more in writing and dancing, and making a name for himself in his city by collaborating with Naptown's hip -hop artists Mike E and Dro Man and releasing his own that show off the artist Larri Allen. His future plans are to release a Mixtape and, or an EP by spring 2013 and to keep throwing out the bait until a big fish bites.
