Young Yeller is the solo project of Brooklyn-based musician Jesse Brickel, current member of Chrome Sparks, drummer for Farewell Republic, and substitute percussionist for Broadway's 'Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark'.

As Young Yeller, Brickel penetrated the blogosphere in 2011 with his debut EP, his music being called “pure gold,” “quintessentially perfect” and “really addictive.”

Young Yeller is set to release his debut self-titled LP later this year.
