The Maps mix is a collection of rarities, remixes, demos, field recordings, flips, beats, b-sides from Melt and whatever else we made over the last year that didn’t fit the LP. It’s a home for all the other sounds we’ve been making...a rough beat tape of sketches cut together in a moment. Think of it as a sonic scrapbook.
The cassette is a dub of 150, each hand numbered and scribed in gold ink, with cover artwork by our friend Leif Podhajsky. We hope you enjoy this collection of sounds... it's a definite headphone journey, downtown.

Love this track. Is this something that you're only releasing on this cassette, or is it eventually going to make its way into an album? I really really love how atmospheric it is....!
