In music, I grew up in the city of Bandung - Indonesia. Bandung gave everything. Childhood, music was the everyday language at home. When it works, Brand X, Jean Michael Jarre, Vangelis, Yess, Genesis, Kitaro, Chick Corea, etc. has become a habit of listening to music. Entering adolescence, there the music began forging. The days are so blaring jazz nuances in the music industry. And that's what encouraged me to pursue continuous jazz music. Then continue to the school of music, IKIP Bandung. I know there the more serious music. Dr.Harry Roesli, Dana Setia, Agam. Odang Suhendra, Nano S, etc. is the driving inspiration for the work. I have great respect for them. On many occasions, I often together with artist communities in Bandung to develop musical works. The next phase was when I became a teacher, music teacher at secondary school. I deal daily with hungry teenagers with creativity. And State High School 2 Bandung is my laboratory to develop music education. I am aware, that Indonesia is rich in musical color. Ethnic nuances scattered throughout the country. Probably more than just the amount of maintenance. Like Sundanese music. You may never know the Sundanese, or Javanese Gamelan. Gamelan is an orchestra music that is very units, both in terms of how to play (percussion), or the rules of the tone (tone). That's what encouraged me to try to explore the nuances of ethnicity in the work of my music.
