Australian born DJ, producer, label owner and radio host, Steve Ward is one of the most hardest working and well respected figures in his home country since the late 90's.
Throughout his colourful career he has collaborated on projects with many A-list artists the likes of Carl Cox, Dj Pierre, Tim Taylor, Technasia, Psycatron, Peter Horrevorts & Jamie Stevens, not to mention has performed at some of the most forward thinking dance events throughout the southern hemisphere to crowds of 20,000, all whilst hosting one of the most successful weekly radio shows on Australia's Kiss Fm.
Steve's first full EP, "The Window Between Us and Them", on his label Chameleon, was a global hit and was supported by the likes of Joris Voorn, Christian Smith, Sasha and Digweed to name a few, not to mention the title track was licensed to Dave Seaman’s Global Underground Lithuania compilation as the closing tune.
In recent years, he had the honour of remaking the classic acid house track "Phuture - We Are Phuture" along side Carl Cox and Dj Pierre, not to mention his remix of Chicago legend Paul Johnson's track "She Got Me On". But who could forget his remake of DevilFish – Manalive, which skyrocketed into Beatport’s Top Ten tunes in 2010 (the same release which relaunched the classic UK techno label "Bush Records")
From a performance perspective, Steve's live shows are nothing short of electric! Utilising his complete control over cutting edge technology fused with his passionate background of traditional instruments, live keys and vocals, a performance which he has cultivated over the past 8 years.
