You don't have a partner in the Republican Party. You never will. Let Sequestration happen because the Republicans aren't ever going to give you big defense cuts. They know your going to cave in ands give them everything they want because they know you're afraid of Sequestration.Over 60% of the people say they would blame Republicans for Sequestration. Right now Republicans say they will only consider capping deductions an only if you give them Medicare vouchers, severe Medicaid cuts and raise Social Security to age 70 starting with next year. I heard them say so in Fox interviews. It's the Romney plan, which is what we voted against. 73% of voters don't want Soc Security cut. Lift the earnings cap instead. You never should have thrown that in with what looks like your total capitulation to their agenda as a starting point. You signaled them that you are weak and desperate for a deal, and they responded by adding Soc Security reform to the Romney Plan. The correct move is to say you're taking it out of the discussion because it isn't part of the deficit, has 2.7 trillion in the fund and you have 20 years before its gone. If the real rich are to pay more taxes, you have to raise capital gains taxes. Give them a $20,000 yr deduction before they kick in. Gas prices will drop with a high short term capital gains tax. Moody's Analytics reports 5 big banks are keeping the oil market cornered so it's artificially high for their benefit. You don't owe the banks anything with all the cash they gave Republicans. You should break them up with antitrust laws for the good of the economy. And people who get all income from capital gains don't pay any FICA taxes. Put Fica on Capital gains too, and Medicare's tax. Be Bold..
