About
I have spent the last 13 years investigating how to examine human musicality in a way that might shed light on the patterns in humpback whale song.
To understand the potentials of non-human music, I have examined variations in the way humans perceive music (autism, willams syndrome) compose music (syphilis, brain injury, degeneration of memory) and feel music (dancing, body movement) to get a sense of alternate expressions of human music.
My album Grooved Whale was released in 2000. My follow up album will be released in early 2010.
