Martin Kemple, Goddard alumnus and former faculty member, previewed his workshop on How the Local Food Movement is Transforming How We Live and Where We’re Going, to be held Monday, Aug. 20, 10:30 am – noon at Goddard College. (Free and open to the public.)

A 2008 interview with Helena Norberg-Hodge, author of Ancient Futures: Learning from Ladakh, on the film, The Economics of Happiness. The documentary film on sustainable community development and responses to the impact of globalization will be shown Saturday, Aug. 18, 7-9:00 pm, at the Community Center Media Room, Goddard College, and will be followed by a discussion. Chiropractor Lisa Nash discussed her workshop on Embodying the Health Care System We Want to See to be held at Goddard on Thursday, Aug 23, 10:30 am to noon. (Free and open to the public.)
