About
Will Marion . The singular force behind Small Carbon Footprint, has been playing music since the age of six. Classically trained in piano, and guided by his mother, a Julliard student. Will continued studying and picked up trombone, flute, and guitar through his high school years. As first trombone, he and his high school band mates, played in the Rose Bowl parade.
Drawn back to his Classical roots, in 2004 Will began composing. Using a network of friends in the music business, he submitted a few songs to a Talent Agency. Thus beginning his career as a full time composer.
Clients licensing Will’s music for commercial use include Honda, MTV, various drug companies, and many more. In just the past year, he has had the great fortune to have had his music used in TV shows including The Legend of the Seeker.
Will’s long term goal is to write soundtracks for movies. “Hard work, and a clear vision of where you see yourself in the future will pay off sooner than you think!”, has been his motto.
