It all started out of fun, just like anything worth taking hands on.

Tiago arrives in Lisbon from a trip to Africa and Mario arrives from Milan after a year and a half living in Italy. One night after playing and drinking together at a club in Lisbon an idea pops out. Let´s make something with the sounds Tiago brought from the safari.
In one week, together in Lisbon the guys produced the four tracks that gave life to their first Ep "La Digue".

Boogaloo are now based between Milan and Lisbon and its between skype, dropbox and lowcost flights that the work is getting done.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

First track released was "Mkwaju" on Moveltraxx, then came the debut Ep "La Digue" on Big'n'Hairy records.

Now we have coming a bunch of remixes on labels like Moveltraxx, Man Recordings, Gash Digital, Tunacat and Big'n'Hairy.

We are working at the moment on 2 new releases and more remix duties aswell.
