Long version:
We.The Pigs consist of two original members from Stockholm and Malmö who met on the community Helgon about 4 years ago.
Martin needed someone to sing on his Broder Daniel inspired songs and Veronika offered her right arm to get the chance to be that someone.
The song recorded was ”Fly” and the two of them got on with their lives and forgot about it all.
Four years later Martin overheard a complaint made by... prominent popfestival arranger Mattias Jansson [Cosy Den] about the difficulty of making decent bookings with new acts, and played the song for him.

…and this is what he said:
“Ärligt talat är det sällan nuförtiden som jag hör något för första gången och älskar det och tvingar folk jag känner att lyssna och tjatar om att bandet måste spela live och till på köpet hyssj-hyssjar som en annan thönt för att vara säker på att få ordna den första konserten. We.The Pigs från Malmö och Stockholm drev mig till ett högst 19-årigt beteende och jag trivs med det. Helt fantastiska dängor som t.ex. inte gjort bort sig på någon Lush-skiva…”

This meaning the two mentioned people had to meet in person to record more songs and eventually start a real band playing their version of shoegaze pop with a twist. And as far as we know, Veronika still have all limbs in place.
