It’s not easy to start a small business in Detroit, but entrepreneurs will find very good training and networking programs. Those are the findings of a new business survey conducted by the local service listing web site thumbtack.com and the Kauffman Foundation. Sander Daniels is the co-founder of thumbtack, which gave the city an overall grade of C-, up from a D last year. WDET’s Pat Batcheller asked Daniels how those grades are determined. Click on the audio link above to hear the conversation.
