    Attorneys for terrorism suspect Adel Daoud scored an unprecedented victory this week. Federal Judge Sharon Johnson ruled prosecutors must turn over warrant applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court. Federal agents arrested Daoud after they say he tried to detonate what he thought was a car bomb outside a Chicago bar. Harold Krent is Dean of the Chicago Kent College of Law and a Constitutional law expert. WDCB's Brian O'Keefe spoke with him about Johnson’s ruling.
