Alderman budget response

Now that Mayor Emanuel has outlined his city budget plan, it’s time now for Chicago aldermen to get their questions out at public hearings. WBEZ reporter Sam Hudzik takes a look at which aldermen spoke up with questions at last year’s hearings, and who kept silent.
