Illinois has just finalized a "skin tax" that adds a surcharge per patron to benefit rape crisis centers statewide. The Morning AMp spoke with Sharmili Majmudar of Rape Victim Advocates and Feminist Wednesday contributor Kimbriell Kelly to discuss the new law, if it is fair to strip clubs and their patrons, and how helpful this will be to crisis centers.
