Hachikyo, a restaurant in Japan has a store policy which issues a fine for being unable to finish it's signature dish, tsukko meshi. The fine was established in order to show the gratitude for the hard effort and life threatening work that fisherman undertake in order to harvest the salmon roe used in tsukko meshi. Is the fine a sign of respect, or an unfair toll placed on paying customers who have a right to consume their food the way they want? Luis and Shantell discuss the issue, with featured listener, Lorrell.
