Vizual Records Iz...
...the brain and soul child of Joshua Iz - it’s even part of the name.
After working with many of the most respected labels in underground dance music, including
Prescription, Classic, OM, Guidance, DiY, Joshua finally felt it time to create his own imprint,
hence Vizual.
Drawing from a myriad of influences, from heavy Jamaican dub to bleepy Detroit techno,
Vizual seeks to develop new musical forms that bridge the gap between pure organic music
and abstract electronic sound paintings, yet creating something danceable in the process.
Vizual iz...experimental/danceable; vizionary/abstract; familiar/unique.
