- Visuelle-Musik on December 07, 2008 15:15
@udosson: Thanks very much, I was afraid especially this part would be too "crowded" (Did you use headphones for listening?).

@Visuelle-Musik: Gorgeous space, this is a great attention grabbing track, very emotional actually (and it sounds great up loud on monitors)

your tracks are all such an adventure! I love how they flow so freely from one section to the next. I think this track is my favourite. Beautiful guitar textures... and that vocal sample is wicked

@Lunch Kit: Thanks very much for your feedback - glad you like it. The eBow I did myself, even though I can't play guitar -
the (edited) guitar-parts are done by a friend of mine, "mar.s". The speach is actually computer-generated from the number "5465465" (in spanish).
I found the morse-code of the number interessting as a groove - that's why...

And the theremin rules as usual!
- Visuelle-Musik on January 05, 2009 00:04
@vanhainkoti: Thank you for all the nice comments. It is not a real theremin to be honest, that is why I called it "Thermin-Synth". 'Cause I can not play a real one, this actually is a preset-sound from the "Analog" Synth from the AAC-ableton live plugin. Hope you are not disapointed, now ;-)

@Visuelle-Musik: Dude, ableton rocks! Disapointed, no at all :)

Brilliant, my neighbors are hearing this one against their will
- Visuelle-Musik on January 12, 2009 00:14
@Romart: Thanks for listening and all the nice comments - hope your neighbors sometimes like this kind of music ;-) BTW: There was one more track ("Kraakdoos") in the set, but there was an error so I had to delete it temorarily.

- Guitar by mar.s - Generated notes from a self-made program - Fairground-noises (my daughter jumping up and down on a kind of glockenspiel)
"Visuelle-Musik" is about "transcoding" different aspects of reality.
Doing so by using different concepts to generate music from graphic, visuals from music, graphic from text...
The music keeps on evolving by adding further associations using field recordings and real instruments.
Very nice use of birdsong! I love it!
@bytz: Thanks again for sharing your birdsong-recording :-)
