About

Vinnie Morano was born on April 7 1979 in Kalamata (south Peloponnese). He started DJing at the age of 14. Breakbeat, Drum & Bass, Trance & Techno where some of the styles he promoted. In 1998 got his first computer and started his baby steps on music production. Since 2003 got evolved with black music. That influenced his sound more than anything before. Soul, Funk, Disco but mostly Jazz (John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Chet Baker and Charles Mingus some of his favorite) are now more than obvious on his sound. Self taught in keys, trumpet, bouzouki and percussion, heavily experienced on analog synthesis, trying to give a bit of live playing on his tracks. He strongly believes that, techno is the natural course of Jazz. Lately capturing miscellaneous sounds in order to create music with physical oscillators. Curent styles: Tech-House, Techno
