Vince Fierro is one of the new rising stars in the world of house music. However, he brings with him an air of familiarity that in some way feels... well, different. While other emerging artists are rushing to re-invent the wheel or ride the wave of "the next big thing," Vince instead has spent the last 10 years on mastering the lost craftsmanship of the house legends before him. It wasn't innovation that made Falke, Daft, and Braxe legends, it was balance, simplicity, and understanding. Applying the philosophies of designer Dieter Rams and architect Frank Lloyd Wright, Vince creates eye opening productions that ring with sincerity and honesty which serve as a breath of fresh air in the stuffy, contrived, over-manufactured atmosphere of today. Simple, but significant: not only do these words apply to his productions, but on stage as well. His live sets are have been hailed as one of house music's most exciting performances. Fans can see Fierro begin with a simple disco loop, chop it, effect it, and sequence it all in real time. Performed with only the most intuitive gear, the audience is treated to a performance that is truly "live" in every sense of the word. It's been said that they don't do it like they used to and this is often true, however sometimes, as in Vince Fierro's case, they do it better.
