Variable 4, by sound artists James Bulley and Daniel Jones, is a multichannel sound installation which translates live weather conditions into musical patterns.
This profile contains an archive of field recordings and material from the Dungeness installation in May 2010, and from Snape Maltings, the site of the forthcoming Variable 4 installation at Faster Than Sound: Soundfields.
This will be taking place from midday 28th May to midday 29th May 2011.
