PERFORMANCE:
I pulled seven snippets from the provided sample. The idea was to provide a separate voice for each of the unique atmospheric elements I was hearing in the source clip: an electronic beep, a cell phone ringing, squeaking footsteps on a wooden floor, the rustling of paper ballots, voters whispering, a mic clunk, and a thud.
Each sample was given a track in Live and many multiple effects were layered on top of them. A live performance of the clips was recorded. No quantization was used. The track was mastered in Reaper.

@naotko: I used iZotope RX to isolate the individual sounds that were chopped. It took multiple passes of noise reduction, frequency isolation, and gain boost to pull out the chopped bits. As always, thanks for listending!
