@BURKECOUNTYSKYHAWK: It's your lucky day-- there is a word for it. You're referring to a mono signal split to left and right channels. This is less dynamic than a stereo channel (2 slightly different sounds sent to two channels) with a smaller sense of space and even in headphones actually sounds kind of like one central speaker. I'm pretty sure you're really high so there might not be much point in explaining this... but for anyone else who was wondering.

U werw taking about covering ur ears& I thought of headphones &i no this is nutty but headphones have left & right&what if the phones had the same sounds in left 7 right wouldnt that make u hear the tracks more better,ps i no theres no such word,mama likes it, BCSH LATER UALL.
