This is my remix of the song Slow by Twin Shadow.

Here's some words from the web that describes the vibe of it pretty well:

If Twin Shadow‘s “Slow” was the guitar song, who suddenly filled a club’s air with subtle eroticism in 2010 (or maybe even 25 years later), then its new remix by Van Rivers is the corresponding memory on the rainy, following morning. Your head silently pressed against the steamy glass; your hair, in which hairspray molecules have been replaced by nicotine ones, blowsed; the spawn of recognition, that you’ve tasted the night and you’ve tasted the bodies, but you are still alone, filling your heart. I don’t want to believ in love.

Van Rivers and Twin Shadow will meet in person soon again, since the latter and Cameron Misirow’s project Glasser will play a few European shows in February together and the here responsible Swede Henrik von Sivers is not only her co-producer, but part of the band. So consequently the song first appeared earlier this week on the Glasser mixtape for Opening Ceremony. Originally a techno producer, Von Sivers has also previously worked with and for Fever Ray together with his long-term collaborator The Subliminal Kid (another co-producer of Glasser’s The Ring debut). Also, the duo released their EP For An Answer on von Sivers’ own label f (sic!) just a few weeks below. Listen to the title track below as well.
