Little Jinder is a 20-year-old Stockholm sweetheart who mentions her discovery of synthesizers around the same time of her discovery of boys. Jinder lived in the UK and received a diploma in sound technology at Paul McCartneys Music University "LIPA" (The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts). Jinder recalls her influences come from New Order and Kate Bush, but we feel they are far deeper than that.
After the successful release of Jinder's first EP "Polyhedron" on Trouble & Bass in August of 2008, followed by the REMIXED edition of the same EP in October 2008, a hot new single, "Youth Blood" on the Scion A/V CD Vol. 25, and constant touring in Scandinavia and Europe, Jinder has been working on her full length record to be slated for winter 09, and is ready to take on the world.

We thought we'd include one of our favorite reviews of her Polyhedron EP by Turntable Lab:
“Whoa. Impressive new sounds on Trouble & Bass Recordings with their latest release by Little Jinder. The Polyhedron EP is the name of the release from this talented 20 year old Swedish producer/singer/song writer and has a much more toned down and emotional vibe than the usual hype club/rave releases on the label. Not mad at that at all and I think it’s definitely a welcome change. Upon first listen to the opener (Eat My Fears) I couldn’t help but draw comparisons to Bjork the way her soft voice contrasts the tough beat and haunting melody. But with I Like It Casual, Little Jinder picks it up to a new disco italo vibe reminscent of something of Italians Do It Better but with a bit more pop sensibilities. The title track Polyhedron has a remarkable electronic beat that is something like early Warp or Aphex stuff, but again with Jinder’s sweet vocals on the top. I still can’t believe she sings AND produces all this stuff! Definitely lots of potential to blow up. Recommended.”
