Im trying to fig out where I know this song. I kept thinking over and over that its from a movie. This is similar to Muse's song "New Born". It sounds ALOT like the intro

@nonesuch, @carlos8f: You are correct. It's a variation of the main theme of "Truman Sleeps" by Philip Glass and belongs to "the Truman show" movie. It's very clear that Keith Kenniff has made a development of this theme.
if you search on youtube "Philip Glass The Truman Show Truman Sleeps piano sheet music" you can find a simple partiture of "Truman Sleeps". If you up a semitone the chords that belongs to the main theme of Philip Glass.... bingo! - nonesuch

Philip Glass plays a virtually identical tune in "The Truman Show". This must be the Yann-Tiersenified version.

This is very much in the style of Philip Glass, but with an extra serving of enchantment and ethereal, minus the super repetitiveness.
