Founded in Paris in 2007, in order to explore new forms of musical writing, improvization, expressivity and modernity, the music collective Unmapped was always imagined as a laboratory, giving  particular attention to the most advanced technology and human interactivity.

Ensemble of variable geometry, Unmapped is constituted by a dozen of permanent members from all over the world, composers and instrumentalists at the same time.
They are often completed by collaborators from various domains : musicians, architects, video‐artists, film and theater directors, dancers and choreographers, visual artists and plasticians,...

Under various formations, Unmapped took part in concerts, festivals, performances, interactive installations and other events implying music and digital arts in France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, China and the United States.
