Welcome to Digital Rootz! Rootz is a series of mixes featured by Underground Frequencies showcasing homegrown talent, and random special guests from around the region and nation. Our company and crew was founded on the theory that electronic music is the true voice of the underground, and this is one more way we will continue to push it to your ears.

The inaugural episode of Digital Rootz features the one and only Josh Coleman aka DJ Oblivious. Some of you also know him as one-half of the local duo Calvin Gates & Steve Hobbes. Is there anything that can stop this innovative Mid-West native? Young and unwilling to let anything stand in his way of success, this Kansas City-based tune slinger is quickly catching onto the fact that dancers want DJs to transition through multiple genres in a live set.

The track list will be posted once the mix hits 300 plays. Without further ado, here's what Oblivious had to say about the tracks he played for Digital Rootz Vol 001 and enjoy the mix!

"This is just a mix of my favorite trap, house and electro tunes right now, some old some new. I wanted to take the listener on a journey through different realms of music while also making it fun to dance too." - DJ Oblivious.
