About

ULTRASTATE is producer/writer Alex Herington from the UK, also known for his role as half of industrial synthcore act "Method Cell" (Rebco/WTII Records) who gained popularity for their critically acclaimed début album in 2010, and also half of tech-house duo "Fyta & Ray Willbern" (Brique Rouge Records).

Alex has been involved with electronic music production for over 10 years, working with numerous artists, bands and singers. Taking influences from a broad spectrum of music from obscure glitchy electronica to luscious melodic progressive house, Ultrastate sets out to create something fresh and invigorating.

All of the tracks are written, produced and mastered by Alex with guest vocals by Joanne H. Work is underway on a début EP for release this year. Watch this space!

Blimey. Wow. I just stumbled across an MP3 of this on my PC from 2006 which led me to go on a mad hunt to find you and your music. Beautiful :)
