The last 26 years of me, living on Terra, where as TURBOlent as my music. The first step was made, when I was born on September 29th in 1983, in a town named Kiel. My mother had a premonition and she knew that my biggest aim will be satisfying the world with my music. I think this is the right time to say “thank you mum”

Maybe I should introduce myself to you. Most of you know me as “TURBO”, which is my official artist..s name, but on my day of birth they dedicated a civil name to me. Someone's academy award is someone else's name. No one will give me an academy award for “Manuel“but I think that name has deserved a nomination.

My music is divine but i am just a usual human being, with completely usual spare time activities like Bunge Jumping without a rope of a high building or parachuting or crocheting.
No, i am just joking, I have never parachuted.

Give me some Marlboro cigarettes, my Paulaner beer and a synthesizer and I am completely happy. My synthesizer is my second personality and my music is the first one. The relationship to my music isn..t only a big love, I even live my music.
You would like to know how I became a musician. Holy lord, I told you that god send me on earth as a musicmessiah to show people that the only true religion is my music. Have you ever heard the words “Hyper Hyper”? If yes, that means you know a band which is successful all over the world. My acknowledgments won..t end because now I have to thank scooter, Paul Kalkbrenner and Deadmau5 for inspiring me from the beginning of my carrier as TURBO.

I allow my musical and creative vein full bent since February 2008. I have always been interested on listening and making music, but I unfortunatly made music for the first time when I discovered “Reason 4” and since that date my motto is “Simdi Turbo Zamani”. If anyone of you founds out what that means, I will give that person one of my best Bonustracks as a reward. Since summer 2008 I am producing my tracks with the “FL 8 XXL Producer Edition” and making you freaking out like a wild carrot with Tracks like “Trojan”, “Christine! Gimme More TNT”, “Rock Boy”, “Hiccup” or “Simdi Turbo Zamani”.
My latest Track “Amethyst“is a Remix of a song, that originally was made by Thomas Weitz. He has arranged a competition for young musicians and the winner with the best track will appear on the B-Side of his new single.
