    Title: What's In A Tear
    Artist: Lazy Dynamite
Written & Composed by: James Justin

A Beatlesque lo-fi acoustic demo by 'Vinyl Sun' band member James Justin. Reminiscent of McCartney novelty numbers like 'Your Mother Should Know', 'I Will' & 'When I'm 64'.

It would have been wonderful to have heard this song reach maturation in the studio but a very enjoyable listen in the demo format.

    WHAT'S IN A TEAR?

    I wasn’t lonely – I wasn’t blue
I knew exactly what I’d found in you
You left a letter and you made it clear
So tell me, What’s In A Tear?

Now every morning – I reach for you
Your pillow still retains the scent of perfume
You left your picture hanging on the mirror
And on it you wrote ‘What’s In A Tear?’

(Walk for hours - All night walking)
I walk for hours in the dead of night
All alone with you on my mind

(Just one tear could make it better)
Just one tear would make it all seem right
But no, you left me in time

Now I’m never lonely – I’m never blue
I know exactly what I’ve lost in you
I hear your laughter ringing in my ears
So tell me, What’s In A Tear?
    Your love was so insincere
I won’t shed for you one more tear
