Triangle Sun is Russian lounge /downtempo music project, that consists of Alexandr Knyazev & Vadim Kapustin. The Triangle Sun project was established in Moscow in June of 2003 by a musician Alexandr Knyazev. Later that year Alexander started working with the vocalist Vadim Kapustin. In 2004 Garik Gagarin joined the project as a drummer. With just one year's collaboration together at the Triangle Sun, Alexander and Vadim have created critically acclaimed works together.

Triangle Sun became the first Russian band who entered series of compilations Cafe del Mar and Buddha Bar, and then also the first Russian band playing at festival Global Gathering 2007 in London.
