My name is pronounced as Tray Eight, but im more unique than that. My grandparents listen to alot of salsa, baladas, and bolero and my father grew up in L.I.C Queens, New York, as well as i did, and went to Junior High School with the legend Nas, as well as chilling in Queensbridge with a few other rappers. He listened to rap at its golden era and at when i was at the age of 3, he began showing me Biggie, Bone thugs n Harmony, Tupac, and his childhood friend Nas, who he had eventually lost contact with. I showed more interest in mainstream hip hop during the age 4-7 and that is when I heard the classic track Gangstarr-Just to get a rep. I fell in love with the lyrics and I understood everything they were talking about since i grew up as the only child and hung around my pops whenever he would chill. I grew up fast and then when i turned 8, i started looking through my uncle jay's cd cases. That was where i sooned discovered hip hop albums such as Big Daddy Kane - Long Live the Kane, Wu Tang - 36 Chambers, Nas - Illmatic, Gangstarr-Hard to Earn, Big L - Lifestylez ov The Poor and Dangerous, Big Pun - Capital Punishment, ATCQ - Low end Theory, and Jay Z - Reasonable Doubts. I remember around 2007 when the south was running rap, i would hear my father talk about how he missed 90's rap beats and DJ Premier, Pete Rock, and Large Professor's instrumentals. So in about 2009, when i got a computer, i did a little research on how to make my own beats and then i found FL Studio 8 XXL Producer Edition. It would be on May 30, 2010, my birthday, when i finally got it and the next day, i started going to work. I wasnt all that well until about June 2011 when i began sampling songs my grandparents would listen to. I don't have a specific style beside underground hip hop and 90's feeling because i just make what ever i feel like making, depending on my mood. Just turned 15 and the reason i say that is because many people think a person my age doesn't noe anything about music and sampling, or that im only into mainstream hip hop. Dont let my age fool u on my music intelligence. If you like a beat, please comment. If you like my page, dont be afraid to follow me. If you want a beat, message me.
