    Hi folks,

I hope you are all well? Obviously I had to do something based around the amazing SPACEFALL by Mr Felix Baumgartner.

I like many people found this a fascinating feat and think he is a very brave man!! My angle for creating this tune strangely enough does not include a tune that is mad and fast but instead is a bit chilled and equally epic(i like that) and is basically based around the feeling of madness combined with slow motion madness that I believe he went through going down. Well only he knows what it felt that but please take a listen and enclosed are some facts about the jump. I have of course named it SPACEFALL!!!

Thanks to Felix and the Red bull Stratos team for the inspiration and also the photos and facts and hope you enjoy!!!

Red Bull Stratos was a space diving project involving Austrian skydiver Felix Baumgartner. On 14 October 2012, Baumgartner flew approximately 39 kilometres (24 mi)[1][2] into the stratosphere over New Mexico, United States, in a helium balloon before free falling in a pressure suit and then parachuting to Earth.[3] The total jump, from leaving the capsule to landing on the ground, lasted approximately ten minutes.[1] While the free fall was initially expected to last between five and six minutes,[4] Baumgartner deployed his parachute after 4 minutes and 19 seconds.[1]
Reaching 1,342.8 km/h (834.4 mph)—Mach 1.24—Baumgartner broke the sound barrier on his descent,[5] thus becoming the first human to do so without any form of engine power.[3][6] Preliminary measurements show Baumgartner also broke two other world records. With a final altitude of 39,045 m (128,100 ft),[7] Baumgartner broke the unofficial record for the highest manned balloon flight of 37,640 m (123,491 ft) previously set by Nicholas Piantanida.[8][9][10][11] He also claims to have broken the record for the highest altitude jump, set in 1960 by retired USAF Colonel Joseph Kittinger, who was Baumgartner's mentor and capsule communicator at mission control. These claims are now subject to verification by the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI).
Baumgartner's jump was 65 years to the day after October 14, 1947, when Chuck Yeager broke the sound barrier for the first time in an piloted aircraft.

    Please take a listen!!!

    cheers Darrell
