"The Passive Resistance is the band name given to the cooperation between two of Zurich’s most creative musicians. This duo is pushing the boundaries of electronic music, creating a form of non-stereotypical sound for the new millennium. In 2007, TPR both won the most prestigious Swiss award for new artists in electronic music, M4Music, and also released their debut album “Eternal Flame of Global Warming”. Their innovative productions are regularly played on all the coolest radio stations in the country including Radio Virus, DRS3 and 105 Rock. Recently they were guests at the South American Music Conference in Ecuador and at the Net Audio Festival in London. They are currently searching for their equilibrium while working on their new album most likely entitled "Super Fish All Love"."

In the beginning: Timchen S. spent the first 23 years of his life in Salt Lake City by himself in a cave, naked and cold, dreaming of better times and repeatedly reading ´The Book of Mormon´. His partner, Schlonas Ü. was a senior cosmetics Guru for ´Avon´ and avid horseshoe player at the time. The two ran into each other while Schlonas was practicing new mascara styles on young, bambiesque deer in a virtual forest near Timchen´s cave. Timchen was intrigued by the idea of wearing renaissance make-up and soon became Schlo´s jungle bitch holiday slut. On a prosthetics convention in Tirol our heroes met legendary producers Mathieu Pugnac and Luc de Guve. The rest is his or her tory...
